Expanding networks, gaining new contacts and ultimately new customers as well as intensively and sustainably looking after existing customer relationships are the core tasks in the field service. The entire sales process is implemented here. The sales force is in very close communication with all other interfaces and works extremely independently in order to find individual solutions at the customer’s premises and adapt them to the needs of each individual customer.

Our projects are very diverse and cover a wide range of sectors such as hotels, catering, health & care, shops and offices. Organisational talent is required in commercial project management: What material needs to be ordered, what does the customer want and what fits into the budget? Which parts are bought in, which are manufactured in-house? As the interface between the individual members of the project team, it is important to keep a watchful eye on the sub-areas and not lose sight of the big picture.

Sawing, drilling, stamping - the scent of wood is in the air in our carpentry workshop. This is where, in the various work areas, we create pieces of furniture for our customers, who come from a wide range of different industries. If you enjoy working on great furniture for hotels, catering, shops or the health & care sectors, this is the right place for you.

Acting as a link between design and execution, we convert technical drawings into 2D and 3D views, create floor plans and carry out quality and safety checks. The execution and collision planning ensures that projects run reliably and on schedule, and communicating with both the trades and the clients is what makes the tasks in technical planning particularly appealing.

Project development is carried out here in close cooperation with the sales department. It is important to analyse the individual challenges of the project and to work out which budget and time frame, but also which quality standards are to be met. Collaborating with our many network partners also requires us to regularly review the various trade offers, which is carried out here in the calculation.

In the work preparation department, the creation of production drawings in 3D, including the construction and detailed plans, is the top priority. The material requirements are determined from this and production is scheduled so that both the budget and the time frame of the individual projects can be adhered to.

Elaborating on design drafts and developing complex furnishing concepts as well as selecting matching fabrics, colours, etc. is what makes the hearts of everyone in our interior design department beat that bit faster. But we also implement designs from customers or architects as part of our planning and illustrate them in detailed drawings. Since every object, every location has different conditions and every client has different ideas, interior design is a varied task with high design standards.

For us as a general contractor, it’s in technical project management that the threads of each order come together. The variety of our customers, who come from various different sectors including hotels, catering, health & care, shops and offices, makes the task both exciting and challenging. Personal responsibility is just as important as close cooperation with commercial project management, project development, interior design and planning teams and with our network partners, and adherence to cost and deadline agreements.

Matching the right people with the right projects is TGA’s key task at Tenbrink. This is where the various threads of the projects, some of which can be extremely complex, are pulled together. Keeping a cool head at all times, maintaining an overall view and also regularly daring to “think outside the box" is the order of the day for our TGA.
