When the floodlights go out at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, our team gets to work. Led by project manager Bernd Vischedyk, we realised six business clubs and exclusive VIP areas covering almost 1,000 square metres.

The special challenge: carrying out the renovation during the ongoing football season. Between the final whistle and the next kick-off, only short time windows were available to coordinate all work and hand over the areas ready for the next match day. Together with Dresden-based trade partners, we implemented flooring, painting and drywall construction. At the same time, our production team in Stadtlohn manufactured the customised furniture, from five new bar counters to precisely fitted wall panelling and room dividers.

The design by GKAD brings the club’s identity directly into the architecture: black and yellow accents, distinctive materials and a winding floor path inspired by the River Elbe create a new hospitality experience at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion.
