An office that not only functions but inspires. For BAT, a modern workspace was created across five floors and 4,500 m², combining comfort, design, and technical perfection.

Open spaces, bespoke acoustic solutions, and a stylish spatial atmosphere provide an environment where focused work and lively exchange blend harmoniously. One of the highlights is the former server room, which has been transformed into a multifunctional employee auditorium – a new space for presentations, events, and movie nights that now forms the heart of the building.

The technical challenge was significant. The entire building was modernized while operations continued. Ventilation and acoustic systems had to be planned with millimeter precision and integrated almost silently. This required the utmost accuracy.

Our Tenbrink team was responsible for the complete implementation planning, interior fit-out, and technical building services (TGA). Always with the goal of creating a space that not only looks new but feels new. An inspiring place that makes the company’s transformation both visible and tangible.
