The goal of the project was to modernize the Platinum VIP areas and the catering facilities to create a new and improved stadium experience for guests. In doing so, GKAD (architecture and planning) placed special emphasis on designing furniture that combines modernity with the traditions of the Bremen club.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\/conversation-turn relative flex w-full min-w-0 flex-col agent-turn\">\n<div class=\"flex-col gap-1 md:gap-3\">\n<div class=\"flex max-w-full flex-col flex-grow\">\n<div class=\"min-h-8 text-message flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 whitespace-normal break-words text-start [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"2b46b5f2-3a86-4cb8-8c30-77348f8a05c3\" data-message-model-slug=\"gpt-4o\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 empty:hidden first:pt-[3px]\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\">\n<p>As part of the renovation, the northern VIP area, including the Platinum VIP tier lounge and the Matth\u00e4i Skylounge with a total of 1,100 seats, the co-working space &#8220;Weserlounge,&#8221; the fan shop, and the kiosks in the public areas were newly furnished by Tenbrink. A particular focus was placed on integrating the club&#8217;s colors and logo to create a cohesive and club-oriented atmosphere. The biggest challenge was to deliver and install modern furniture that meets the highest standards of comfort and design\u2014within a tight schedule of just 14 weeks between the construction kick-off and the first home game.<\/p>\n<p>The Tenbrink team also acted as general contractor for the office renovation of Supreme Sports Hospitality, the new caterer at the stadium. The renovation included the complete dismantling and removal of existing walls and sanitary facilities. Additionally, electrical installations, flooring work, and painting were carried out.<\/p>\n<p>In close collaboration with Werder Bremen and Supreme Sports Hospitality, the renovation was completed on schedule with a clear focus on quality and innovation.
