In the midst of unspoilt nature, on white sandy beaches and near dreamlike 19th century spa architecture, a new paradise is being created for holidaymakers on Usedom. The Tenbrink team’s task included not only the project development, but also the interior design of a total of 10 flats and 13 semi-detached houses in maritime coastal style. By February 2021, the first four residential were handed over to the developer IOK Stolpe on time and within budget – despite COVID-19 and the winter lockdown.<\/p>\n

This project involved the coordination of 20 trades and required much more than just our expertise as a generalist. Our design specialists were also needed to design and create the furniture for the luxurious living spaces. By 2022, it will be “a real masterpiece, with everything going like clockwork thanks to our coordination and supervision of all the trades working on the shell construction,” says project manager Norbert Mathmann. Already this summer, with the first section ready, guests have been able to come and experience a holiday in a wonderful ambience.
