In 170 studios across 6 floors and around 4,600 sqm, large-scale oak elements, leather looks as well as stone and brass applications create a design that just makes you feel good! To realise the new Cologne hotel, Adina relied on Tenbrink’s expertise: In addition to the furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and wallpapering work, we were responsible for furnishing the fitness area, lobby, conference room and back of house.<\/p>\n

Close communication with the customer was particularly important for completion on schedule. It was a logistical challenge to bring together the most diverse materials and components, whether they were kitchen appliances, stone materials, LED lights, wallpaper, pictorial art and, above all, room and lobby furniture – they only all came together on the construction site. The change management that was necessary until shortly before completion required extreme short-term planning and implementation.
